Pediatric Care
Two ways to care for your kids.
Every dependent child can see your family's doctor at a simple flat rate, or you can choose a dedicated pediatrician for any child instead. Your choice, per child.
With a dedicated pediatrician, your cost drops $25 a month per child the day they turn 6. The plan gets easier as your kids grow up.

Yes. Every child can see your family's doctor at $75 a month, or you can add a dedicated pediatrician for any child. Children can be part of a Family plan or enroll on their own.
A family medicine doctor cares for your whole household, children included, at $75 a month per child. A dedicated pediatrician is a specialist focused only on children, available for any child at $145 a month under 6 and $120 a month from age 6 to 18. Many families are happy with the family doctor; the pediatrician is there if you want specialized pediatric care.
You pay for up to three children. Your fourth child and beyond are included at no additional charge.
Through age 18, as long as they live at your address and do not have their own full-time coverage through an employer.
Plans are HSA-eligible when paired with a qualifying plan, up to the caps shown.
